Ground-floor apartments offer two bedrooms and two baths, while upper-level townhome-style units include two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with all main living areas, kitchens, and common spaces located on the entry level.
Please note that Holiday Cove South does not have elevator service for upper-level units.
Guests, owners, and renters enjoy access to the property’s common grounds and oceanfront amenities, including the oceanfront heated pool and direct beach access.
Holiday Cove South offers weekly and monthly rentals, with a minimum stay of one week. Availability and rates vary by unit—please call or inquire directly for current pricing and reservations.
