Cancellation Policy

Tenant may cancel a reservation by providing written notice to Landlord at least thirty (30) days prior to check-in. Any prepaid rent designated as non-refundable shall not be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days before check-in, all non-refundable prepaid rent and fees paid shall remain non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, Landlord may, at Landlord’s sole discretion, consider a partial refund of non-refundable prepaid rent or fees on a case-by-case basis, less an administrative fee, provided Tenant gives notice of cancellation. Any rent or fees retained by Landlord pursuant to this provision shall be deemed earned and non-refundable.
